Prof. Sairaj has over 12 years of teaching experience and teaches the courses Abnormal Psychology and Experimental Psychology. His broad research interests lie in the area of organizational behaviour, personality and cyber psychology. He is a certified Emotional Intelligence Trainer, psychometric and research consultant to NGOs and an active researcher. He has authored 16 journal articles and 6 book chapters and has edited a book. Prof. Sairaj has presented his research work at numerous national and international conferences. Besides his academic interests, he is an avid photographer, a DGCA certified drone pilot and loves cooking.
