Why Us

Online clinical help, counseling (also called online Therapy) is professional mental health counseling over the Internet/virtual world. It is a fully confidential, authenticated, registered platform of approach when geographical limitations or physical presence is limited. Some clients use online counseling in conjunction with traditional psychotherapy, but a growing numbers are using online counseling as a complete replacement to traditional office visits. We aim towards holistic development of personality through our various programmes guiding towards a healthy state of mind and body.

At Thought Your Thoughts, we make sure that our therapists have ethics and professional behavior, no reproach, and morally follow the American Psychological Association's ethical principles of Psychologists and code of conduct.

Our Experience

Counselors and Therapists are mental health professionals that work with clients to solve problems, improve their outlook or overcome issues. It may be that you feel you just need some time to talk through recent challenges in your life. On the other hand, there may be specific issues or symptoms that you are experiencing (with or without a diagnosis of mental ill health), that you feel you would like to begin to work through with a trained therapist or our counselor.
