Mahua Chakravorty
Psychotherapist
Founder of Through Your Thoughts- Clinical Psychologist & Behavioral Therapist in Pune with 15+ years of experience in mental health and emotional well-being. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, a Bachelor’s in Education, and a PG Diploma in Counseling and Clinical Skills.She provides individual counseling and psychotherapy using EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-based therapy, and yoga-based therapeutic practices to support concerns such as stress, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and emotional regulation.Her experience spans academic institutions and corporate settings, where she delivers corporate wellness programs and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counseling. She is empanelled with the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, and leads a team of qualified therapists offering ethical, compassionate care.As part of an integrative approach, she also incorporates Bach Flower Remedies when appropriate to support emotional balance and holistic healing.

Hi I got my 13year old son's counselling done from Ruth. She is very professional and really helped him overcome his blocks.Now he is independent and not at all aggressive. Tries to listen to us and follow our instructions. Also he has stopped playing video games completely(before counselling he was addicted to video games and would become aggressive if not allowed to play)...Now he watches Youtube for a few minutes daily to refresh himself.
